  • By using any features of the website, including submission of booking requests, calls, SMS or whatsapp messages to TaskTusker you agree to the terms and conditions laid down below for the use of this website.
  • The role of TaskTusker is that of a Website operator, manager of the Database, and third party facilitator of bookings/service appointments for customers. For avoidance of doubt, TaskTusker itself is not providing any Services for Customers.
  • To make a Booking Request you must visit the Website submit your details if you have a bulk request else download our mobile application available on Android market. All Booking Requests are subject to a minimum time duration provided for in the Booking Request. You will receive a Booking Request confirmation receipt from TaskTusker after submitting your Booking Request. If Booking Request is done through web, TaskTusker will make your contact details, address, Scheduled Booking Time and the scope of the Service available to all Service Providers listed in the Database. If one uses the task tusker mobile application, the individual can hire resources from the results page based on search criteria. The resources will be intimated through SMS on the details of the task and your location at which the task needs to be rendered. By making a Booking Request, you hereby consent to the disclosure of such information.
  • When a Booking Request has been confirmed by a Service Provider, TaskTusker will send you an acceptance email /SMS. TaskTusker will not be involved in providing the Booked Services in any way aside facilitating this transaction through its web/mobile application. All payments are currently to be made either directly to service provider through cash or the payment gateway (mobile app only).
  • Service providers are independent companies/freelancers who will enter into a direct service relationship with the customer. The customer is therefore advised to make an independent judgment on accepting the services from the concerned service provider. In case of any disputes arising from the behavior, or misconduct, of the chosen service provider, it will solely be the responsibility of the two parties (customer and service provider) to resolve the dispute. TaskTusker will not have any role to play in such a dispute.
  • Given its current role, TaskTusker undertakes no liability.
  • If the Booking Request cannot be facilitated, TaskTusker will arrange for an alternative time for the Booked Services with you and the same or new Service Provider.
  • The Website and mobile application is provided to enable you to make Booking Requests, Providing history of transactions of completed Booked Services, and for no other purposes.
  • You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to use the Website/Mobile application. You also agree that all information supplied by you in using the Website will be true and accurate at all time.
  • Any speculative, false or fraudulent Booking Request is prohibited. You agree that the Website/Mobile application will only be used to make legitimate Booking Requests for you or another person for whom you are legally authorized to act. You acknowledge that abuse of the Website/Mobile application may result in you being denied access to the Website/Mobile application and handled by local jurisdiction for any unlawful acts.
  • TaskTusker has the right at any time to add, change or withdraw functions available on the Website/Mobile application at its own discretion.
  • You cannot amend or cancel a Booking Request during the performance of the Booked Services.
  • If the Service Provider is unable to fulfil a confirmed Booking Request (in full or part), we will attempt to find you a replacement Service Provider. If we cannot find you an alternative Service Provider, we will reschedule your Booking Request to a new time which suits you. If we cannot find a suitable time for you, you may cancel the Booking Request by calling, texting or emailing us.
